About Taproot Nursery
Quality Plants. Exceptional Service. Proven Experience.
Our Story
Taproot Nursery is a wholesale nursery operation founded by industry veterans Jay Warren and Darren St. Thomas. After acquiring the former KAT Wholesale Outdoor property in Olathe, Kansas, we launched Taproot Nursery with a renewed focus on quality and service to serve the wholesale customer base throughout the region.
The nursery represents one of the most expansive wholesale nursery operations in the area. We are committed to improving upon the well-built existing nursery to provide a facility that optimizes plant quality, streamlines operations, and provides customers with an exceptional buying experience.
"This is a location we believe serves tremendous value to the industry, and with our operational vision, making key investments and showing a dedication to quality and service, Taproot Nursery will be the go-to nursery for professionals who demand the best."
— Jay Warren, Co-Owner
